👋 Hi, I’m Giulia!
I’m a cartoon character designer and illustrator with a background that blends fine art, digital illustration, and a love for storytelling.
After studying agronomy, I followed my intuition to a fine art academy, where I specialized in digital art and character design. Since then, I’ve collaborated with brands like Jack in the Box, creating artwork showcased on Los Angeles trams during Comic-Con, and illustrations featured in their official calendar.
Beyond commercial work, I’m passionate about teaching and have led art workshops for kids, introducing them to character design and comics in a fun, engaging way.
My work focuses on expressive, colorful characters, driven by shape, language, gesture, pose, and emotion. I love building worlds, designing fan art, and developing characters that feel full of story.
I truly hope you’ll take advantage of this free opportunity to dive into the fundamentals of character design in a relaxed, creative space. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via Instagram @beetlejulia.
See you there ✨
